Los asistentes a la clase magistral -todos ellos profesionales del \u00e1mbito- han disfrutado de un desayuno de tenedor compuesto por cinco platos, cada uno de ellos acompa\u00f1ado de vinos y cavas Gramona.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed pues, el desayuno ha comenzado con un de foie al natural, acompa\u00f1ada de un <strong>Plata Ros\u00e9 2013<\/strong>. Ha seguido con un carpaccio de gambas y pi\u00f1ones amenizado con un <strong>Imperial 2013<\/strong>. A continuaci\u00f3n, a los asistentes han degustado Jud\u00edas del Ganxet con calamarets con un<strong> Celler Batlle 2004<\/strong>.
