Primero cortamos un poco la cola y sacamos todas las hojas del exterior hasta que llegamos a las hojas tiernas de dentro, que se parten solas con la mano de tiernas que est\u00e1n. Repeler la banda del tronco, dejando s\u00f3lo la parte m\u00e1s blanca. Cortamos toda la parte de arriba de las hojas, que es la parte externa y la parte m\u00e1s dura de ellas, por lo que nos habr\u00e1 quedado s\u00f3lo el coraz\u00f3n, que es la parte que se aprovecha.<\/p>\n<p>Las cortaremos en cuatro trozos cada alcachofa y si son de las grandes las cortamos en seis trozos.<\/p>\n<p>Tomamos un bote y le ponemos aceite abundante, el aceite nos deber\u00e1 cubrir las alcachofas, y lo ponemos al fuego. Piense que el aceite hierve a mucho m\u00e1s de 100\u00ba, pero ahora no queremos que hierva, porque con una temperatura de 100\u00ba ya tendremos suficiente para que se hagan.
