Bernie Vinyes, qui\u00e9n trajo al restaurante. El Celler de Matadepera hasta la estrella Michelin, es ahora un &#8216;ex chef&#8217; dedicado al mismo negocio, pero de otro modo.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque se llama Llu\u00eds Bernils Vinyes, la mayor\u00eda lo conoce como Bernie Vinyes. Naci\u00f3 en abril de 1958, es padre de dos hijos, Pau y Riki, y se considera un \u00abcocinero a la reserva\u00bb. A pesar de tener a sus espaldas m\u00e1s de tres d\u00e9cadas dedicadas a la cocina, aprendida de manera autodidacta, hasta en su perfil de Twitter se define como \u00abex chef\u00bb. Por eso lo tratamos como un gastr\u00f3nomo, aunque la consideraci\u00f3n se le quede corta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9l es el responsable de un restaurante m\u00edtico fuera de las cl\u00e1sicas rutas gastron\u00f3micas. Un oasis concebido para el deleite situado a la localidad barcelonesa de Matadepera, cerca de las ciudades de Terrassa y Sabadell, al cual recurrentemente acuden los m\u00e1s insignes forofos a la buena mesa.<\/p>\n<p>El espacio naci\u00f3 el 1968 de la mano de sus padres como un bar en el cual se cocinaban pollos asados para llevar. Al principio el negocio funcionaba tal cual lo hab\u00edan concebido, pero pronto los clientes quisieron poder comerse aquellas carnes al ast en el local. As\u00ed que la madre de Bernils tuvo que empezar a preparar ensaladas y otros acompa\u00f1antes que pudieran escoltar al plato. La oferta ir\u00eda en aumento hasta 1982, a\u00f1o en que el hijo tom\u00f3 las riendas y en la carta entraron platos de cazuela y carnes a la brasa.
